DATASHEET
Host:
Rabbit
Target Protein:
CD150/SLAM
Clonality:
Recombinant
Isotype:
IgG
Entrez Gene:
6504
Swiss Prot:
Q13291
Source:
KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human SLAMF1
Purification:
Purified by Protein A.
Storage Buffer:
10mM phosphate buffered saline(pH 7.4) with 150mM sodium chloride, 0.05% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage:
Shipped at 4℃. Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Background:
High-affinity self-ligand important in bidirectional T-cell to B-cell stimulation. SLAM-induced signal-transduction events in T-lymphocytes are different from those in B-cells.
VALIDATION IMAGES
25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with CD150/SLAM monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62229R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
The Molt-4(H) cells were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r.t.). Primary Antibody (green): Rabbit Anti-CD150/SLAM antibody (bsm-62229R): 1 μg/10^6 cells; Secondary Antibody (white blue): Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-FITC (bs-40295G-FITC): 1 μg/test. Isotype Control (orange): Rabbit IgG (bs-0295P). Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
