Background:
Lysosomal membrane glycoprotein which plays an important role in lysosome biogenesis, lysosomal pH regulation and autophagy. Acts as an important regulator of lysosomal lumen pH regulation by acting as a direct inhibitor of the proton channel TMEM175, facilitating lysosomal acidification for optimal hydrolase activity.

VALIDATION IMAGES
Western blot analysis of JAR cell lysate. Using LAMP2 (bsm-61207R) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with LAMP2 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-61207R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
