Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded Rat Brain tissue incubated with RPA2 (4F8) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54464R) at 1:100, overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. Counterstained with hematoxylin. The tissue was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0-8.4) for 20 minutes.
