Flow cytometric analysis of Daudi cells with CD79a (1B12) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54458R) at a 1:100 dilution (red) compared with an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded Human Spleen tissue incubated with CD79a (1B12) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54458R) at 1:100, overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. Counterstained with hematoxylin. The tissue was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0-8.4) for 20 minutes.
