Background:

Acts as a transcriptional regulator of PAX6. Acts as a transcriptional activator of PF4 in complex with PBX1 or PBX2. Required for hematopoiesis, megakaryocyte lineage development and vascular patterning. May function as a cofactor for HOXA7 and HOXA9 in the induction of myeloid leukemias.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells with MEIS1 (6B10) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54052R) at 1:100 dilution (red) compared with an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).


25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with MEIS1 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-54052R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.


Lane 1: Human Skeletal Muscle; Lane 2: Mouse Brain; Probed with MEIS1 (6B10) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54052R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
