Lane 1: HUVEC cells lysates; Lane 2: Human placenta cells lysates; Probed with VAMP2 (5C4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52925R) at 1:500 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
