Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells with Annexin V (6C7) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52841R) at a 1:50 dilution (red) compared with an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
IF(ICC) staining with Annexin V (6C7) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52841R) at 1:300 in A431 cells (red). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.
