Lane 1: Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Raji cell lysates probed with STAT6 (7G4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52400R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation for 60 min at 37˚C.
