Lane 1: Human heart lysate; Lane 2; Human skeletal muscle lysate (20µg) probed with bsm-51317M TUSC2 (5C2) Monoclonal Antibody at 1:2000 dilution and 4℃ overnight incubation, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 60min at room temperature.
