This UCHL1 monoclonal antibody is generated from mouse immunized with UCHL1 recombinant protein.
Purification:
Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Storage Buffer:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Background:
Ubiquitin-protein hydrolase involved both in the processing of ubiquitin precursors and of ubiquitinated proteins. This enzyme is a thiol protease that recognizes and hydrolyzes a peptide bond at the C-terminal glycine of ubiquitin. Also binds to free monoubiquitin and may prevent its degradation in lysosomes. The homodimer may have ATP-independent ubiquitin ligase activity.

Lane 1: U266 Cell lysates; Lane 2: Neuro-2a Cell lysates; Lane 3: PC-12 Cell lysates; Lane 4: C6 Cell lysates; Lane 5: mouse brain lysates; probed with UCHL1 (346CT2.2.1) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51100M) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human kidney tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes; Blocking buffer (3% BSA) at room temperature for 30min; Antibody incubation with UCHL1 (346CT2.2.1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51100M) at 1:25 for 1 hour at 37°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 20 minutes and DAB staining.
