Lane 1: Recombinant human IL-6 protein(bs-43079P) probed with IL-6 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-43079M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
THP-1 (H) cells were treated with or without TPA (80 nM) and LPS (100 ng/ml，6h) and Brefeldin A (300 ng/ml，3h) , 25 μg total protein per lane of cell lysates (see on figure) probed with IL-6 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-43079M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
