Lane 1: Strep-Tagged Fusion Protein Overexpression E.coli Lysates (bs-41403L) ; Lane 2: Negative control probed with Strep-Tag II/HRP Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-33016M-HRP) at 1:10000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
