Human breast milk Lysate Lane 1: 2 uL; Lane 2: 6 uL; Lane 3: 8uL probed with Alpha casein Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8245R) at 1:2000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
Lane 1: Human Milk lysates probed with Alpha casein Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8245R) at 1:200 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
