Description:
Endogenous cannabinoid. Weak ligand for CB1 (Ki=23.8 µM) and CB2 (Ki=13.9 µM) receptor1. Selective agonist at GPR552. Inhibits expression of fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH)3. Displays immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory activity4,5 and reduces granuloma-induced hyperalgesia6.
