Background:

May be involved in hyperalgesia associated with inflammatory and neuropathic pain (By similarity). Receptor for L-alpha-lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI). LPI induces Ca(2+) release from intracellular stores via the heterotrimeric G protein GNA13 and RHOA. Putative cannabinoid receptor. May play a role in bone physiology by regulating osteoclast number and function.

Lane 1: U87MG human cell lysates probed with GPR55 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7686R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human U251 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human U-2OS cell lysates probed with GPR55 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7686R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human U87MG cell lysates; Lane 2: Human U251 cell lysates; Lane 3: Human U2os cell lysates probed with GPR55 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7686R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Mouse stomach; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with GPR55 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7686R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, DAB staining.
