Background:

May be involved in hyperalgesia associated with inflammatory and neuropathic pain (By similarity). Receptor for L-alpha-lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI). LPI induces Ca(2+) release from intracellular stores via the heterotrimeric G protein GNA13 and RHOA. Putative cannabinoid receptor. May play a role in bone physiology by regulating osteoclast number and function.

RSC96 cells probed with GPR55 Polyclonal Antibody, ALEXA FLUOR® 488 Conjugated (bs-7686R-A488) at 1:2 for 30 minutes compared to control cells (blue) and isotype control (orange).


Lane 1: U87MG human cell lysates probed with GPR55 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7686R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human U251 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human U-2OS cell lysates probed with GPR55 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7686R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
