VALIDATION IMAGES

U937 cell lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-CD200R2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7351R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:500 for 90 min at RT.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human kidney; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with CD200R2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7351R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 minutes and DAB staining.


HepG2 cells probed with Rabbit Anti-CD200R2 Polyclonal Antibody, A647 Conjugated (bs-7351R-A647) at 5ug for 30 minutes (green) compared to control cells (blue) and isotype control (orange).
