Host: Rabbit
Target Protein: DISC1 (Ser-710)
Specificity: The antibody detects a 100 kDa* protein corresponding to the molecular mass of DISC1 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of PC12 cells treated with calyculin A. This reactivity is not observed after lambda phosphatase treatment. This peptide sequence is well conserved in rat DISC1 (Ser-703), but has five amino acid differences with the conserved site in human DISC1 (Ser-713).
Modification Site: Ser-710
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Swiss Prot: Q811T9
Source: Phospho-DISC1 (Ser-710) synthetic peptide (coupled to KLH) corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Ser-710 in mouse DISC1.
Purification: Antigen Affinity purification
Storage Buffer: PBS + 1 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% NaN3 and 50% glycerol
Storage: Storage at -20°C is recommended, as aliquots may be taken without freeze/thawing due to presence of 50% glycerol. Stable for at least 1 year at -20°C.
