Host: Rabbit
Target Protein: Coronin-1B (Ser-2)
Specificity: The antibody detects a 60 kDa* band corresponding to Coronin-1B on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431 or HeLa cells treated with Calyculin A. This band is not observed in control cells and the band observed in Calyculin A-treated cells can be removed with lambda phosphatase treatment. This sequence has high homology to the conserved site in rat and mouse coronin-1B and in coronin-1A. However, this sequence has low homology to the conserved region in other coronins.
Modification Site: Ser-2
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Swiss Prot: Q9BR76
Source: Coronin-1B (Ser-2) synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier protein) corresponds to amino acids surrounding serine 2 in human coronin-1B.
Purification: Antigen Affinity purification
Storage Buffer: PBS + 1 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% NaN3 and 50% glycerol
Storage: Storage at -20°C is recommended, as aliquots may be taken without freeze/thawing due to presence of 50% glycerol. Stable for at least 1 year at -20°C.
