Background:
This gene is a member of the Antp homeobox family and encodes a nuclear protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain. It is included in a cluster of homeobox B genes located on chromosome 17. The encoded protein functions as a sequence-specific transcription factor that is involved in lung and gut development. Increased expression of this gene is associated with a distinct biologic subset of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and the occurrence of bronchopulmonary sequestration (BPS) and congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) tissue. Lane 1: Mouse Spinal Cord Lysate at 40ug; Probed with HOXB5 Polyclonal Antibody (bs-6668R, unconjugated) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:20000 dilution.
The cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10min at room temperature)and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at room temperature. The cells were then incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at -20℃ .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed. Cells stained with primary antibody HOXB5 Polyclonal Antibody (green), and isotype control (orange). Blank Control: sample.
