Background:

CIAPIN1 (Cytokine induced apoptosis inhibitor 1) expression is dependent on growth factor stimulation. Overexpression confers resistance to apoptosis caused by IL3 deprivation. It may be required during hematopoiesis to mediate antiapoptotic effects of various cytokines. It also confers multidrug resistance in gastric cancer cells by upregulating the expression of MDR1 and MRP1.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Mouse stomach; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with CIAPIN1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-5764R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 20 minutes and DAB staining.
