Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat heart labeled with Anti- ACHE/Acetylcholinesterase Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2511R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugated(bs-0295G-Cy3) used at 1:200 dilution for 40 minutes at 37°C
Lane 1: Human K562 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human U-2 OS cell lysates; Lane 3: Human MCF-7 cell lysates; Lane 4: Human SH-SY5Y cell lysates probed with ACHE Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2511R) at 1:500 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
