Background:

Receptor for the C-X-C chemokine CXCL9, CXCL1 and CXCL11 and mediates the proliferation, survival and angiogenic activity of mesangial cells through a heterotrimeric G-protein signaling pathway. Probably promotes cell chemotaxis response (By similarity). Binds to CCL21.
