Lane 1: GST-Tagged Fusion Protein Overexpression E.coli lysates; Lane 2: GST-Tagged Fusion Protein Overexpression E.coli lysates probed with GST tag Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2122R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
Lane 1: GST-tagged fusion protein probed with GST tag Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2122R) at 1:60000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
Transformed (GST-tag or EV) E. coli cells lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by WB with bs-2122R (Anti-GST) at dilution of 1:60,000 incubated at 4℃ overnight.
