Background:

Converts adenosine 3'-phosphate 5'-phosphosulfate (PAPS) to adenosine 5'-phosphosulfate (APS) and 3'(2')-phosphoadenosine 5'- phosphate (PAP) to AMP. Has 1000-fold lower activity towards inositol 1,4-bisphosphate (Ins(1,4)P2) and inositol 1,3,4-trisphosphate (Ins(1,3,4)P3), but does not hydrolyze Ins(1)P, Ins(3,4)P2, Ins(1,3,4,5)P4 or InsP6.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat kidney; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with Rabbit Anti-BPNT1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-20136R ) at 1:500 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 90 minutes and DAB staining.


Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded mouse kidney labeled with Anti-BPNT1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-20136R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining.


Human U251 cell lysates probed with Anti-BPNT1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-20136R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:10000 for 90 min at 37˚C.
