VALIDATION IMAGES

L1 rat brain, L2 mouse uterus lysates probed (bs-1700R) at 1:200 in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in RT. Predicted and observed band size: 37kDa.


Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat ovary tissue labeled with Anti-Wnt3a Polyclonal Antibody (bs-1700R), Unconjugated at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody, (SP-0023), and DAB staining


Lane 1: U2os cell lysates probed with Wnt3a Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1700R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
