Background:

Most important serine protease inhibitor in plasma that regulates the blood coagulation cascade. AT-III inhibits thrombin, matriptase-3/TMPRSS7, as well as factors IXa, Xa and XIa. Its inhibitory activity is greatly enhanced in the presence of heparin.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded mouse spleen labeled with Anti-ATH III/Antithrombin III Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1636R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Mouse liver lysate probed with Anti-Antithrombin III Polyclonal Antibody (bs-1636R) at 1:300 overnight in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 90min in RT.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human liver; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with Antithrombin 3 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1636R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, DAB staining.
