Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human skin of vulva tissue labeled with Anti-Cathepsin D Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1615R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody, (SP-0023), and DAB staining
Lane 1: Rat Liver tissue lysates; Lane 2: Rat Small intestine tissue lysates probed with Cathepsin D Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1615R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
