Background:

ATP-dependent RNA helicase involved in mRNA export from the nucleus. Rather than unwinding RNA duplexes, DDX19 functions as a remodeler of ribonucleoprotein particles, whereby proteins bound to nuclear mRNA are dissociated and replaced by cytoplasmic mRNA binding proteins.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Mouse heart lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-DDX19A/B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-14717R) at 1:300 in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 for 90min at RT.


Lane 1: Hela cell lysates probed with DDX19A/B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-14717R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Spleen lysates probed with DDX19A/B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-14717R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
