Background:

Associates with IL12RB1 to form the interleukin-23 receptor. Binds IL23 and mediates T-cells, NK cells and possibly certain macrophage/myeloid cells stimulation probably through activation of the Jak-Stat signaling cascade. IL23 functions in innate and adaptive immunity and may participate in acute response to infection in peripheral tissues. IL23 may be responsible for autoimmune inflammatory diseases and be important for tumorigenesis.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human gastric carcinoma labeled with Anti-IL-23R Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1460R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Lane 1: HL60 cell lysates probed with IL-23R Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1460R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Mouse Lymph node lysates; Lane 2: Rat Lymph node lysates; Lane 3: Rat Thymus lysates probed with IL-23R Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1460R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human K562 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human Jurkat cell lysates probed with IL-23R Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1460R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.
