Mouse lung lysates probed with IL-6R Beta/CD130/gp130 Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1459R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:500 for 90 min at RT.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human Colon Carcinoma; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer(0.01M, pH 6.0) for 15min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with IL-6R Beta/CD130/gp130 Antibody Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1459R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C. A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC Conjugated secondary antibody (bs-0295G-FITC) was used for 40 mins at 37°C. DAPI (5ug/ml, blue) was used for nuclei staining.
