Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat tongue tissue labeled with Anti-IL-17/IL-17A Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-1183R) at 1:600 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Lane 1: Rat Lymph node tissue lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Lymph node tissue lysates; Lane 3: Rat Thymus tissue lysates probed with IL17A Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1183R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
