Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded rat heart labeled with Anti-NPY1R Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-1070R) 1:400, overnight at 4°C, The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, PE conjugated(bs-0295G-PE)used at 1:200 dilution for 40 minutes at 37°C.
Lane 1: Mouse NIH/3T3 tissue lysates; Lane 2: Rat Cerebrum tissue lysates; Lane 3: Rat Kidney tissue lysates; Lane 4: Human 293T cell lysates probed with NPY1R Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1070R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
