Background:
Identifies cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells that interact with MHC class I bearing targets. CD8 is thought to play a role in the process of T-cell mediated killing. CD8 alpha chains binds to class I MHC molecules alpha-3 domains.

VALIDATION IMAGES
Mouse lymph node lysate probed with CD8a Polyclonal Antibody (bs-10699R) at 1:300 overnight in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 90min in 37˚C.
Lane 1: Mouse Spleen tissue lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Lymph node tissue lysates; Lane 3: Rat Thymus tissue lysates probed with CD8 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10699R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
