Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded dog bladder tissue labeled with Anti-NSE/ENO2/γ Enolase Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1027R) at 1:800, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat brain; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with NSE Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1027R) at 1:500 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 minutes and DAB staining.


A431 lysates probed with NSE Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1027R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Mouse brain lysates; Lane 2: Mouse cerebellum lysates probed with NSE Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1027R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Mouse Spinal cord lysates; Lane 2: Rat Spinal cord lysates probed with NSE Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1027R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
