Independently Validated Antibody, image provided by Science Direct, badge number 028752. Western blot analysis of mouse brain and liver extracts using NK2 Homeobox 1 (bs-0826R NKX2-1) antibody, 1:500 dilution. NKX2-1 is present in the positive control sample (brain) and absent from the negative control sample (liver). The predicted and observed position of NKX2-1 is at around 38kDa.
25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with TTF1/NKX2-1 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-0826R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
