Background:

Granulins have possible cytokine-like activity. They may play a role in inflammation, wound repair, and tissue remodeling. Granulin-4 promotes proliferation of the epithelial cell line A431 in culture while granulin-3 acts as an antagonist to granulin-4, inhibiting the growth.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human esophageal carcinoma labeled with Anti PGRN/Granulin Polyclonal Antibody,Unconjugated (bs-0823R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining.


Lane 1: mouse brain lysates Lane 2: human colon carcinoma lysates probed with Anti alpha Actinin PGRN/Granulin Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0823R) at 1:200 in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in RT. Predicted band 63kD. Observed band size: 63kD.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Human kidney); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (Granulin) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0823R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
