VALIDATION IMAGES
Ewe's milk probed with Anti Beta-lactoglobulin Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0814R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at RT. Predicted band 19kD. Observed band size: 19kD
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Sheep breast); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (beta lactoglobulin) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0814R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (bs-0295G-AF488) for 90 minutes, and DAPI for nuclei staining.
