Human A549 cell lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-CX3CL1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0811R) (green) at 1:10 for 30 minutes followed by a FITC conjugated secondary antibody compared to unstained cells (blue).
L1 rat heart lysates L2 rat brain lysates probed with Anti CX3CL1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0811R) at 1:200 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at RT. Predicted band 41kD. Observed band size:41/70kD.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human kidney; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with Rabbit Anti-CX3CL1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0811R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.
