Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat colitis labeled with Anti-IL-12 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0767R) at 1:200, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat brain; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with IL-12 alpha Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0767R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.


Lane 1: Mouse Liver; Lane 2: Mouse Spleen lysates; Lane 3: NIH'3T3; Lane 4: RAW246.7 lysates probed with IL12 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0767R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Mouse Spleen lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Blood cell lysates; Lane 3: Mouse RAW264.7 cell lysates; Lane 4: Mouse Liver lysates; Lane 5: Rat Spleen lysates; Lane 6: Rat Liver lysates probed with IL-12 alpha Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0767R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
