Metalloprotease that may play a role in the degradation of COMP. Binds 1 zinc ion per subunit. pH dependence: Optimum pH is between 7.5 and 9.5. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded rat brain labeled with Anti-ADAMTS7 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-0733R) 1:200, overnight at 4°C, The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugated(bs-0295G-Cy3)used at 1:200 dilution for 40 minutes at 37°C.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain labeled with Anti-ADAMTS7 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0733R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Mouse cerebrum lysates probed with SIRT4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0733R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
