Background:

ICAM proteins are ligands for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 (integrin alpha-L/beta-2). During leukocyte trans-endothelial migration, ICAM1 engagement promotes the assembly of endothelial apical cups through ARHGEF26/SGEF and RHOG activation (By similarity).

Lane 1: rat brain lysates Lane 2: rat heart lysates probed with Anti CD54/ICAM-1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0608R) at 1:200 in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in RT. Predicted band 60kD. Observed band size: 60kD.


Image provided by One World Lab validation program. A7R5 cells probed with ICAM1 Polyclonal Antibody (bs-0608R) at 1:50 for 60 minutes at room temperature followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Alexa Fluor 488 Conjugated secondary antibody.


Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue labeled with Anti-CD54/ICAM-1 Polyclonal Antibody (bs-0608R), Unconjugated at 1:200, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Lane 1: Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Hela KO ICAM1 cell lysates probed with ICAM1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0608R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human A549 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human MCF-7 cell lysates probed with ICAM1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0608R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
