Background:

VALIDATION IMAGES
Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue labeled with Anti-GLUT1 Polyclonal Antibody (bs-0472R), Unconjugated at 1:200, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining
Image was kindly submitted by Dr. Lelisa Gemta from University of Virginia. Mouse splenocytes stained with Rabbit Anti-GLUT1 Polyclonal Antibody, PE conjugated (bs-0472R-PE)at 1:50.
Lane 1: Mouse Heart lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Cerebrum lysates; Lane 3: Mouse Muscle lysates; Lane 4: Rat Cerebrum lysates probed with GLUT1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0472R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
