Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human glioblastoma labeled with Rabbit Anti-Annexin V Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0450R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining
Mouse lung lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-Annexin V Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0450R) at 1:300 in 4˚C overnight. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 for 90min at 37˚C.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat lung; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with Annexin V Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated ( bs-0450R ) at 1:500 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.
