Bone lysates probed with Myelin Protein Zero Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0337R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
Lane 1: Mouse Spinal cordl lysates; Lane 2: Rat Spinal cord lysates; Lane 3: Mouse Adipose lysates; Lane 4: Rat Adipose lysates probed with Myelin Protein Zero Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0337R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
