Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain labeled with Anti-NGFR/p75NTR Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0161R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining
Mouse brain lysates probed with Anti-p75 NGF Receptor Polyclonal Antibody (bs-0161R) at 1:300 overnight in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 90min in RT.
HepG2 cells were stained with p75 NGF receptor Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-0161R) at 1:500 in PBS and incubated for two hours at 37°C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI staining of the nucleus was done and then detected.
