Background:
Nerve growth factor is important for the development and maintenance of the sympathetic and sensory nervous systems. Extracellular ligand for the NTRK1 and NGFR receptors, activates cellular signaling cascades through those receptor tyrosine kinase to regulate neuronal proliferation, differentiation and survival. Inhibits metalloproteinase dependent proteolysis of platelet glycoprotein VI (PubMed:20164177).

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded mouse brain tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer(pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with Rabbit Anti-NGF Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0067R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining\n
Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue labeled with Rabbit Anti-NGF-beta Polyclonal Antibody (bs-0067R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Lane 1: Mouse Brain tissue lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Cerebellum tissue lysates; Lane 3: Human U87MG cell Lysates; Lane 4: Human SH-SY5Y cell Lysates; Lane 5: Human U2 OS cell Lysates probed with NGFB Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0067R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.
